You really need to brush your teeth
So here's another from me. I feel really dumb that I've made two posts now. Anyway, last week I was driving up to my family's place for a little visit while doing errands at the same time. As I was driving I was thinking of all the things that I had to do. Realizing I needed to write them down or forget them as soon as I needed to recall them I reached over for my sticky note pad that I keep in my car (this is a stupid idea and I would not recomend it). So I grab the sticky note pad and get a paper cut. I'm driving through North Salt Lake on I-15 where they are doing construction, and if you've driven through there lately you know that it's a pretty tricky part of the freeway. The police don't even have to enforce the 55 mph limit because the lanes are so crazy narrow. So I only glance down at my finger and see that I have indeed cut it but it doesn't look to bad. So I grab the stickies stick them on my steering wheel (I know I'm dumb) and reach for a pen as I'm writing with the pen I realize that there is a pain in my finger and I can feel blood all over my finger. Not wanting to get blood on my clothes or the upholstry I stick my finger in my mouth. In an instant I realize that there is not blood on my hand, no it is ink. So I'm driving like a mad woman, spitting out the ink I just got all over in my mouth and drop the pen (which was leaking ink) on my lap. Finally realizing the error of my ways I decided to wait to make that list of to-do's until I got to my family's house. So I look in my mirror and see that I have gotten ink all over my toung and teeth, super gross. Upon entering the house the first thing my sister says to me is "You really need to brush your teeth"

ROFL. This is great. Thanks for making my morning :) Sounds like something I would totally do.
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! So much for multi-tasking while driving. :)
ReplyDeleteWow! Glad you got there safely after all of that! What did your sister think you had been eating, with black (or was it blue) ink?
ReplyDeleteSo funny! I can totally picture it. It's like a scene from a Tina Fey movie. Love it!
